Chris has been in the jewelry business for close to 20 years. He is an Award Winning Custom Jewelry Designer who has owned and operated is own jewelry store for the past 13 years. Chris has two Bachelor of Arts Degrees from the University of Wisconsin. The first in Painting and Drawing and the second in Metalsmithing. He has won numerous awards for his design work.

Beth has been in the jewelry business for 18 years. She graduated with a Associates Degree in Jewelry Repair, Fabrication and Design and Gem Identification in 2000. She then continued her education by obtaining an Accredited Jewelry Professional Certification from the Gemological Institute Of America. Her years of experience in the Jewelry Business makes her an asset to the C3 Designs team.

Carmen has been in the jewelry industry for 27 years. Her immense experience makes her the perfect addition to the C3 Designs team. She graduated from the Gemological Institute of America with a Graduate Gemologist Certification. Carmen's specialty is grading diamonds and gemstones to the standards of G.I.A. which is an important part of determining the value of jewelry. She is also an experienced jewelry designer and pearl and bead stringer.
